Term of participation 

All dancers who wish to participate, regardless of their affiliation with a federation, organisation or association, can participate in the tournament, on the conditions that:

1. They will register by filling out the application form on the website of the tournament by 01/11/2021 at the latest.
   Attention!
   Registration is made only by the coach / instructor!
   
2. They will pay the accreditation in the amount of:

   Solo – 35 zł/person one point of competition
   Duo/Couple – 70 zł one point of competition
   Small Group (3-7 persons) 250 zł/one point of competition
   Big Group (More than 8 persons) 400 zł/one point of competition

3. They will send music in Wave format via WeTransfer to festival@m-team.org, and on the day of the competition, they will have music in Wave format, on a USB flash drive.

   Attention!
   The music should be verified with the music staff no later than 30 minutes before the block starts.

4. They will receive their bib number no later than 30 minutes before the start of the block.
5. The organiser reserves the right to combine cathegories in case of a situation where a small number of competitors will enter one of those cathegories.

Time of presentation

1. Beginner (in every competitions)
   1 minute.. – organizer music
2. Solo, Duet/Para – Open
   time 1 m, to 1,30 min. – organizer music, in finale possibility of presenting to your own music max. 2 min.
3. Small Group (3-7 persons)
   up to 2 min. – your own music
4. Big Group (more than 8 persons)
   2,30m. – 4 min. – your own music
5. Latin Show, Caribbean Show
   up to 2,15 min. – your own music (up to semifinal valid short programme max. to 1 min.)

Personal data will be processed for the needs necessary to carry out the NOSALOWY INTERNATIONAL DANCE FESTIVAL. Giving personal data is voluntary. In aim to participate in the competition you need to give personal data for organisational purposes such as placing on the start lists, diplomas, results of the competiton, payment setlements, preparing a programme etc. in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. a Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
